FACT and Pacha INSANE are proud to announce their party at The BPM Festival 2017. The worldwide known Mexican festival will take place January 6th – 15th next year, as always in the vibrant, paradisiac location of Playa Del Carmen – right in the heart of Riviera Maya.
For its 10th anniversary edition, The BPM promises their fans to be “bigger and better than ever before” with a line up of more than 375 artists – a lot of them still to be announced – performing within the ten days of the festival. Among the highlights are stars of electronic music and the international club scene; a number of European artists and showcases; a diverse range of soundscapes from techno to house to deep and electronica; a focus on the green, sustainable side of the festival thanks to its collaboration with local realities aimed to raise environmental awareness.
Bringing together over 430 artists and more than 70,000 attendees, the last year’s edition of The BPM Festival was a veritable success which saw the notorious event establishing itself as a Mecca for electronic music enthusiasts all over the world.
The 2017 BPM edition will feature shows from artists such as the infamous trio Apollonia, the king of the dancefloor Carl Cox, the popular Israeli producer Guy Gerber, Hot Creations boss Jamie Jones, the prolific producer Nicole Moudaber, Spanish techno don Paco Osuna and Diynamic figurehead Solomun among the others.
The real good news? As said before, a special FACT & Pacha Insane party will be happening at The BPM Festival 2017. For the first time ever, FACT will make its appearance at the annual ten day musical feast, bringing prominent names from the European and international scene including Dennis Ferrer, Steve Bug, Ryan Crosson, DJ T., Andre Buljat, Alex Kennon and Anna Tur.
DJ T. is the artistic alter ego of the German producer Thomas Koch. Born and raised in Dusseldorf, Thomas was highly influenced by the different music styles of the late 80s: disco, hi-nrg, soul, funk and everything in between. His tremendous knowledge, experience and dedication made him gain a solid reputation in today’s electronic music industry.
German-born and Barcelona-based FACT resident Andre Buljat is an aficionado of proper techno and house sonorities. From the raw energy of Detroit to the groovy, infectious rhythms of Chicago, Andre was captured by the power of electronic music and this led him to define his own unique sound.
Ryan Crosson should need little introduction. Fascinated by US artists like Richie Hawtin, Moodymann and Kevin Saunderson he later started his own Visionquest imprint together with colleagues Shaun Reeves, Lee Curtiss and Seth Troxler. Thanks to his label, Ryan succeeded in introducing brilliant talents like Tale Of Us, Maceo Plex, Footprintz and Laura Jones to the public.
Skilled dj and producer Stefan Brugesch aka Steve Bug is a real evangelist of raw techno, acid and deep house. Founder of Raw Elements, Dessous and Poker Flat labels, Steve also released records on well-known M_nus, Kompakt and Cocoon imprints.
Internationally successful, New York-based Dennis Ferrer is a veteran of house music productions. Winner of 2009′s DJ Awards for the category “Best Deep House Music”, Dennis provides a carefully crafted mix of groovy, hypnotic tracks from the likes of Kerri Chandler, Masters at Work and The Martinez Brothers.
